Stuart William Foster

Stuart William Foster (Billy) was born in Wolfboro, New Hampshire, son of William (Bill) Foster and Pam Foster (nee Smith).

Bill is married to Sue and has a son William (by his first marriage). His wife Sue has three daughters from her first marriage. Together there are ten grandchildren.

Bill and Sue currently live in Strasburg, Virginia.
